Qualifications

• Over five years of progressive experience in private equity, public accounting, or a mix within alternative asset firms.
• Strong analytical and technical skills in accounting, finance, and fund administration.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service and build long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships across multiple Private Equity funds, ensuring satisfaction and timelines.
• Apply understanding of limited partnership agreements to fund operations and investor communications.
• Prepare and review key financial components like journal entries, capital calls, distributions, and IRR metrics.
• Manage audits, respond to tax requests, and review financial statements while improving processes.
• Train junior staff and drive efficiency across engagements.
