Qualifications

• 2–8 years of experience in private equity or fund accounting.
• Private equity experience required.

Responsibilities

• Complete monthly and quarterly fund closing with fund administrators.
• Calculate and review management fee and waterfall calculations.
• Prepare partners’ capital statements and capital calls/distributions.
• Verify fund expenses and coordinate accruals and payments.
• Compute monthly investor return and NAV estimates.
• Compile GAAP financial statements on a quarterly/annual basis.
• Support ad hoc reporting and projects as needed.
