You will act as a client contact and collaborate with senior bankers on deal management for North American clients, with opportunities to grow into a primary client-facing role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating and tracking market developments (deals in market, participating investors, current events).
• Support Transaction Management teams in conducting fund due diligence.
• Prepare marketing materials for capital-raising mandates.
• Serve as a point of contact with clients, ideally evolving to primary contact.
• Communicate and strategize with senior bankers on deal management activities primarily for North American clients.
