Qualifications

• 2–5 years accounting experience (asset management/private equity) beneficial.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and month-end close.
• Experience with multi-entity accounting and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Support the month-end close for the management company and related entities (journal entries, accruals, prepaids, amortization, fixed assets).
• Prepare and maintain balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules.
• Review general ledger coding and ensure costs are properly attributed (department/entity).
• Build analyses for monthly/quarterly reporting.
• Assist with expense allocations and chargebacks, resolving discrepancies.
• Support budgeting/forecasting and budget-to-actual variance analysis.
• Assist with audit support (PBC schedules, workpapers) and basic controls documentation.
• Partner cross-functionally on ad hoc projects and process improvements.
