Responsibilities

• Own sales and revenue for catering, private dining, and events.
• Manage clients from inquiry through execution and follow-up.
• Build strong partnerships with planners, vendors, and corporate clients.
• Lead proposals, contracts, and event logistics.
• Represent brands at community and off-site events.
