Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years of culinary/F&B experience.
• 2-year degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel/Restaurant Management plus 2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead banquet food preparation staff and manage catering functions.
• Coordinate menus, purchasing, scheduling, and plating for events.
• Ensure sanitation and food safety standards are met.
• Develop menu pricing and manage BEO process.
• Supervise cooks and daily kitchen operations.
• Mentor and coach culinary team and maintain budgets.
