Job summary

Eataly Houston is seeking a Private Dining Manager to lead private dining reservations, storewide buyouts and partner events. You will report to the General Manager of Restaurants and drive sales through client relationships.

The role requires 5+ years in events sales and 2+ years in event planning/production, with on-site work at Eataly Houston. Proficiency with Tripleseat and Microsoft Office is preferred, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in events sales.

• Experience with Tripleseat and MS Office.
• Fast-paced, flexible schedule including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Generate events sales by pursuing new business and nurturing clients.
• Serve as main contact to plan events, contracts, and execution.
• Coordinate with vendors (florists, rentals, security).
• Collaborate with operations team on event prep.
• Manage catering requests with QSR team.
• Create proposals, contracts, and event orders.
• Recap events with actionable feedback.
