Truluck’s in Houston seeks an experienced Sales & Events Manager to drive private dining sales and lead event experiences with the General Manager’s support. This role requires a proven track record in fine-dining sales and a strong hospitality mindset.

You will manage private dining events, coordinate with leadership, and contribute to a high-energy, guest-focused team environment with commission-based earning potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ experience as a Sales & Events Manager or Event Coordinator in restaurants.
• Two years’ experience in fine dining sales and private dining oversight.
• Detail knowledge of private dining sales and ability to lead client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Sell all aspects of private events within the restaurant environment.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to reach revenue targets.
• Collaborate with unit leadership and events teams to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Meet guests to plan menus, decor, AV and other event needs.
• Ensure contracts are signed and payments are tracked per policy.
