Job summary

Eataly Houston is seeking an experienced Events Sales professional to generate events, maintain client relationships, and coordinate with restaurant and store teams. You will manage proposals, contracts, event orders, and walk-throughs with clients, while coordinating with vendors and the QSR team to ensure flawless execution.

Requirements include 5+ years in events sales, 2+ years in planning/production, and on-site work at Eataly Houston; salary is $65k–$70k plus commission.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in events sales.
• 2+ years of experience in event planning and/or production.
• Experience with restaurant private events.
• Experience with Tripleseat (Event Management Software) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Generates events sales by scouting new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
• Serves as the point of contact for clients to plan events, develop contracts, detail events, and help the restaurant and store teams to execute events.
• Works with all event vendors including: florists, rental company, security.
• Partners with the Eataly operations team on event preparation.
• Meets with clients for additional walk-throughs to finalize event details.
• Processes all catering requests in collaboration with the QSR team.
• Manages all catering events from start to finish; books, plans and executes functions.
