Job summary

State Street Corporation seeks a Senior Private Credit Managing Director within the Alternative Investments Private Market Services unit. You will lead development of business plans, manage key client relationships, and drive delivery excellence across financial reporting, compliance, and tax processes.

You will also supervise staff, drive initiatives, and help shape new products to expand client solutions while partnering with senior executives and key clients globally.

Qualifications

• College degree required, accounting preferred; business/finance/economics also acceptable.
• MBA and/or CPA are a plus.
• 10+ years of accounting and/or financial services operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute overall business plans internally and with clients.
• Manage key client relationships to ensure satisfaction and confidence.
• Oversee daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly deliverables for clients.
• Coordinate production calendars with internal and client teams.
• Manage budgets and staffing projections for department.
