Job summary

State Street is seeking a dedicated accounting professional to support the Private Credit Fund Services group. The role covers general ledger maintenance, preparation of statements, capital calls and fee calculations while delivering day-to-day accounting support for real estate fund clients.

The candidate will interact with auditors, tax and banking personnel, and contribute to client deliverables through accurate financial reporting and collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• Verbal and written communication at senior levels with internal and external clients.
• Analytical review of monthly/quarterly investment and fund performance data.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task to meet client deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the general ledger for various fund entities
• Preparing supporting work papers for financial statements, portfolio schedules and capital account allocations
• Analytical review of monthly/quarterly investment and fund performance data
• Reviewing and/or preparing capital calls, distributions and bank reconciliations
• Preparing management, annual and incentive fee calculations
• Preparing various client correspondences
• Calculating waterfalls and capital account allocations
• Special projects as requested
