Job summary

State Street in Boston is seeking a Senior Associate for Private Credit Fund Services to manage the general ledger, prepare financial statements, and report on global fund performance for Private Credit funds and affiliated entities.

You will prepare schedules, capital calls, distributions, and waterfall calculations while ensuring compliance with legal documents and coordinating with auditors, tax, lawyers, and banking partners to deliver accurate client reporting.

Qualifications

• Fund accounting or Public Accounting experience.
• Experience leading verbal and written communications at senior levels with internal and external clients.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills with multi-tasking to meet client deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the general ledger for various fund entities.
• Preparing supporting work papers for financial statements, portfolio schedules and capital account allocations.
• Analytical review of monthly/quarterly investment and fund performance data.
• Reviewing and/or preparing capital calls, distributions and bank reconciliations.
• Preparing management, annual and incentive fee calculations.
• Preparing various client correspondences.
• Calculating waterfalls and capital account allocations.
• Special projects as requested.
