Job summary

State Street is seeking a dedicated accounting professional for the Private Credit Fund Services group within International Fund Services. The role focuses on delivering financial reporting and day-to-day accounting for premier real estate fund clients, supporting end-to-end fund administration and risk services.

You will maintain ledgers, prepare statements, review performance data, and handle capital calls, distributions, and fee calculations while interacting with clients, auditors, tax,

Qualifications

• Fund accounting or Public Accounting experience.
• Experience leading verbal and written communications at senior levels with internal and external clients.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and to meet client deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the general ledger for various fund entities
• Preparing supporting work papers for financial statements, portfolio schedules and capital account allocations
• Analytical review of monthly/quarterly investment and fund performance data
• Reviewing and/or preparing of capital calls, distributions and bank reconciliations
• Preparing management, annual and incentive fee calculations
• Preparing various client correspondences
• Calculating waterfalls and capital account allocations
• Special projects as requested
