Job summary

State Street is seeking a Fund Accounting & Administration, Officer to support the Private Credit NAV hub within the Alternative Investment Solutions group in Massachusetts. You will interact with trade operations, investor services, custody, tax, and financial reporting teams locally and globally.

Responsibilities include managing staff, client deadlines, and complex fee calculations. A Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance and 5–6 years Private Market experience are required, with Investran/Geneva

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5–6 years of Private Market experience.
• Experience with alternative investment asset classes and complex fund structures.
• CPA qualification is favourable but not required.
• Experience with Investran or Geneva favourable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing staff (Associate 1, Associate 2, Senior Associate).
• Manage internal workflow and client deadlines.
• Maintain client relationships and liaise with client personnel daily.
• Review quarterly and annual financial work papers and schedule components.
• Review and/or prepare complex fee calculations and capital allocations.
