Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking a seasoned fund services professional to support the Private Credit team in delivering customized administration for hedge fund and private market clients. You will engage with trade operations, investor services, and other internal groups, ensuring accurate reporting and timely deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 5–6 years in private markets, a solid accounting foundation, and familiarity with complex fee calculations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 5–6 years of Private Market experience.
• Experience with alternative investment asset classes and complex fund structures.
• CPA qualification is favourable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing staff at various levels (Associate I/II, Senior Associate).
• Manage internal workflow and client deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain client relationships and liaise with client personnel daily.
• Review quarterly and annual financial work papers, schedules, accruals and capital allocations.
