Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking a Server 1 to provide exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests, upholding Invited’s service standards and 3-step service (warm welcomes, magic moments, fond farewells). This non-lead role supports dining operations and teamwork across shifts.

You will greet guests by name, learn the menu, and assist with daily duties while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment. Experience in hospitality is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food and beverage service.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and effectively.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverage service to members/guests, executing orders in a timely manner.
• Greet members by name and provide a warm welcome, making them feel at home.
• Maintain high standards of service following Invited F&B training.
• Handle member/guest complaints with service recovery techniques.
• Complete daily assignments and side work, ensuring work areas are organized and well stocked.
• Follow club standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety.
