Job summary

Invited is seeking a hospitality-focused Server 1 to deliver exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests. You will follow the 3-step service approach—warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells—while supporting the dining team to maintain high member satisfaction and retention.

This non-lead role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to safety and cleanliness standards, and participation in Invited’s ongoing training program. A flexible schedule includes weekends/holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in Food & Beverage service preferred.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications required by state/city regulations.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and effectively.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of service as per Invited F&B program.
• Provide food and beverage service to members/guests in a timely manner.
• Know the menu, daily features, and specials.
• Greet members by name and make them feel at home.
• Support operations and teamwork to ensure seamless guest experience.
