Job summary

Invited is hiring a Server 1 to deliver exceptional food and beverage service to our members and guests, upholding the club's service standards. This role emphasizes warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells as part of our guest experience.

As a non-lead team member, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless dining experience, maintain knowledge of the menu, and support daily operations while adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in Food and Beverage service.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of service, following Invited F&B service training program.
• Provide food and beverage service to members/guests, executing orders in a timely manner.
• Ensure a complete knowledge of the menu, including daily features and specials.
• Greet members by name and provide a warm welcome.
• Assist fellow employees and ensure a seamless member/guest experience through teamwork.
• Handle member/guest complaints with service recovery techniques.
• Complete daily assignments and side work, maintaining organized and clean work areas.
• Follow club standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety.
