Invited, a leading hospitality brand, seeks a Server 1 to deliver exceptional service and support dining operations. You will apply the three-step service approach, greet guests, and uphold club standards to drive member satisfaction and retention.

The role emphasizes teamwork, effective communication, and a flexible schedule to cover evenings, weekends, and holidays in a high-service environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage service preferred.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications as required by state regulations.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.

Responsibilities

• Provide food and beverage service to members/guests in a timely manner.
• Greet members by name and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Follow Invited’s service standards and training program.
• Assist teammates to ensure a seamless member experience.
• Handle guest concerns with professional service recovery.
