Job summary

Bluejack National is a private residential club seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily operations across all dining venues, ensuring top-tier service and financial performance. You will mentor high-performing teams, coordinate events, and uphold club standards in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires a strong hospitality background, hands-on leadership, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in member and guest experiences while working closely with the F&B Director.

Qualifications

Leadership experience in a hotel, resort, private club, or upscale hospitality environment.
Working knowledge of budgets, labor management, and financial performance.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on leadership for daily food and beverage operations and report to the F&B Director.
Support budget management, labor, COGS, and expenses to meet financial objectives.
Maintain leadership presence during service to support staff and guests.
Coordinate staff training, pre-shift meetings, and service standards.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless events and member experiences.
