Bluejack National is seeking a friendly Host to warmly welcome members and guests and coordinate seating for dining rooms, lounges, and events. This role fosters a memorable guest experience through attentive service and clear communication.

You will manage reservations, greet guests, escort them to tables, provide menus, and relay guest requests to servers and management while maintaining a clean host stand and accurate waiting lists. Experience in high-end hospitality is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or relevant work experience.
• Excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsabilités

• Greet members and guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner upon arrival.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements for optimal guest experience.
• Escort guests to tables and provide menus while relaying relevant information to staff.
• Coordinate seating across dining rooms, lounges, and events to balance flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting areas.
• Answer phone calls, take reservations, and respond to guest inquiries professionally.
• Follow club policies, sanitation standards and grooming guidelines.
