Qualifications

• Five years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience in private clubs or luxury hospitality.
• Private-club management experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing upscale dining and beverage operations.
• Experience leading supervisors, managers, and Front of House teams.
• Strong understanding of service standards, scheduling, training, and financial controls.
• ServSafe Manager Certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Professional certifications in wine, spirits, beer, hospitality, or club management valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible, hands-on leadership for daily F&B operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop outlet managers, supervisors, and staff.
• Set clear expectations for service, professionalism, and teamwork.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Monitor service quality and ensure exceptional member experiences.
• Manage labor, scheduling, and inventory controls with financial awareness.
• Ensure health, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service compliance.
• Support private functions, events, and high-volume periods.
