Bluejack National is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead all F&B outlets and partner with the F&B Director to deliver elevated dining experiences for members and guests.

This role requires executive hospitality leadership, budget oversight, staff development, and adherence to health, safety, and liquor regulations, with a focus on service excellence across events and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading food & beverage teams in hotel, resort, or private club.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, sanitation, and liquor regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership for daily food and beverage operations.
• Uphold service standards and ensure consistent execution across dining venues.
• Oversee budgets, labor, and cost controls.
• Coach and mentor team members.
