Job summary

Centre Club Tampa, part of Invited, seeks an Executive Chef to lead all kitchen operations, craft menus, and oversee procurement and cost management. You will supervise staff, ensure health and safety compliance, and drive profitable culinary experiences for members.

You will collaborate with F&B and events teams to plan banquets and daily service, maintaining high standards and member satisfaction. A strong focus on quality, training, and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as an Executive Chef with staff supervision and cost control.
• Valid county food handler’s and ServeSafe permit.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred culinary degree and certifications.
• Knowledge of kitchen operations and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Plan meals and menus based on guest needs and events.
• Direct overall cooking and ensure quality standards.
• Oversee procurement of food and kitchen equipment.
• Manage food and labor costs within budget.
