Invited Clubs in Tampa’s Centre Club Tampa seeks an Executive Chef to lead all kitchen operations, drive culinary innovation, and manage costs to deliver premier member experiences.

Role requires 3+ years as an Executive Chef, strong cost controls, and ServeSafe; college culinary degree preferred. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and retirement plans in a collaborative, member-focused environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years as Executive Chef with staff supervision and cost controls.
• Valid county food handler’s and ServeSafe permit.

Responsabilidades

• Plan meals and menus based on guest preferences and events.
• Direct overall cooking to meet quality standards.
• Oversee procurement of food supplies and kitchen equipment.
• Manage food and labor costs within budget.
• Schedule, supervise, and manage payroll for back-of-house staff.
• Recruit and train kitchen personnel and promote career development.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and licensing regulations.
• Engage with members and promote the Club within the community.
