Invited Clubs in Franklin, TN is seeking an Executive Chef to lead all kitchen operations, delivering high-quality and cost-conscious culinary experiences that align with Invited’s standards. You will plan diverse menus, oversee food preparation, and manage procurement to drive profitability while upholding safety and sanitation.

This role requires strong leadership, staff development, and a passion for hospitality, with opportunities to mentor cooks and contribute to ClubLife.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Executive Chef with proven staff supervision and cost control.
• Experience maintaining sanitation and food safety standards.
• Valid county food handler’s and ServeSafe permits.
• Culinary arts degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan menus and pricing in collaboration with F&B leadership.
• Oversee procurement, inventory, and kitchen equipment.
• Direct kitchen staff to ensure quality, consistency, and cost control.
• Maintain health, safety, and licensing compliance.
• Manage payroll and scheduling for back-of-house team.
• Engage with members and support event planning with leadership.
