Job summary

Centre Club Tampa is seeking an Executive Chef to lead all kitchen operations, craft creative menus, and drive profitability while maintaining high culinary standards for a premier private social club.

You will oversee sourcing, food prep, menu engineering, and collaboration with F&B leadership to deliver exceptional dining experiences to members and guests. Strong leadership, cost controls, and health/safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years as an Executive Chef with proven leadership, cost control and sanitation experience.
• Valid county food handler's and ServeSafe permit.
• College degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred; additional certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan meals and menus based on guest preferences and events.
• Oversee menu engineering and pricing in collaboration with F&B leadership.
• Direct cooking, training, and supervision of back‑of‑house staff.
• Manage food and labor costs to meet budget targets.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and develop kitchen personnel.
