Invited Clubs in Centreville, VA is seeking an Executive Chef to lead all kitchen operations and deliver high-quality, creative, and cost-effective culinary experiences. You will supervise staff, plan menus, and coordinate procurement while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

The role includes ownership of menu engineering, pricing collaboration with leadership, payroll oversight for back-of-house, and recruitment/training to foster career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years as an Executive Chef with supervision of kitchen staff.
• Valid county food handler's and ServeSafe permits.

Responsibilities

• Plan meals and create menus based on guest preferences and event needs.
• Direct overall cooking, ensuring methods, portion sizes, and garnishing meet quality standards.
• Oversee procurement of food supplies and kitchen equipment and manage inventory.
• Manage food and labor costs and ensure adherence to budgets.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and train kitchen personnel; supervise payroll for back-of-house staff.
• Engage with members by soliciting feedback and promoting the Club within the community.
