Eugene Country Club, founded in 1899, is a private, member-owned club in Eugene, OR, seeking a Club Controller to lead accounting and financial management on-site. You will oversee the general ledger, payroll, AP/AR, and budgeting while ensuring compliance with nonprofit reporting standards.

Collaborating with the General Manager and Board, you will provide financial analysis to support strategic decisions and optimize operations within a service-oriented, community-focused environment.

Formación

• Experience in accounting and financial management including general ledger, reporting, and budgeting.
• Proficient with Jonas, Paylocity, and Microsoft Excel for analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with leadership and staff.
• Experience in nonprofit, hospitality, club, or membership-based environments.
• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CMA preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with high ethical standards.
• Willingness to work on-site full-time in Eugene, OR.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee general ledger activities and prepare financial statements.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and internal controls; coordinate audits.
• Supervise accounting staff and oversee payroll and AP/AR.
• Provide financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Maintain vendor and banking relationships; collaborate with leadership.
