Amara in Las Vegas seeks a Membership Services Concierge to bring the Amara experience to life by delivering personalized concierge services that create effortless experiences for residents, members, guests, and prospective members.

Working closely with Club Leadership, Membership Services Coordinator, and cross-functional departments, you will learn and anticipate individual preferences, coordinate reservations and personalized requests, facilitate resident and member services, and provide

Qualifications

1+ year in concierge/VIP or luxury hospitality.
High school diploma required; additional hospitality coursework preferred.
Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and written skills with warmth and discretion.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, reservations platforms, and hospitality tech; quick learner.

Responsibilities
