Job summary

Amara, a new private golf and social club in Las Vegas, seeks a Guest Services Manager to lead Front Services and Membership Services and to elevate the member experience with warmth, discretion, and personalized service.

You will develop and mentor the concierge and membership teams, ensuring seamless valet, vehicle management, and member support while reflecting Amara's luxury hospitality standards and genuine relationship building.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive experience in luxury hospitality, private club operations, concierge services, or related customer-focused environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and motivate team members.
• Experience leading customer or member service teams in luxury hotels, resorts, private clubs, or similar service-driven environments.
• Proven ability to develop relationships, anticipate customer needs, resolve service concerns with professionalism, and create personalized experiences that foster loyalty.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience establishing service standards, operating procedures, or departmental workflows preferred.
• Valid Nevada Driver's License with acceptable driving record is required.
• Proficiency with membership management systems and hospitality software, including Pacesetter.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Services and Membership Services operations, including valet services and member-facing support.
• Develop and lead concierge operations, membership administration, resident services, and personalized lifestyle support.
• Ensure every interaction reflects Amara's commitment to luxury hospitality and relationship building.
• Build and lead a service-focused team that anticipates member needs and delivers personalized experiences.
• Maintain warmth, elegance, and attention to detail across all guest touchpoints.
