Job summary

Amara Golf & Social Club in Las Vegas is seeking a Membership Services Coordinator to bring the Amara experience to life through engaging, professional communications for residents, members, guests, and prospective members.

Working closely with Club Leadership and cross-functional teams, you will create member communications, promotional materials, digital content, and event collateral that reflect our luxury brand and commitment to exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications

• Two (2) or more years of experience in hospitality, communications, marketing coordination, guest services, membership services, customer service, or a related customer-focused environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience creating professional communications, newsletters, promotional materials, presentations, social media content, or other member- or customer-facing communications.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with attention to detail and proofreading ability.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and deliver timely, engaging, and professional communications to residents, members, guests, and prospective members.
• Create member communications, promotional materials, digital content, event collateral, and informational resources reflecting the Club's luxury brand.
• Collaborate with Club Leadership, Membership Services Concierge, and cross-functional departments to ensure accurate information and welcoming member experiences.
• Support events and member engagement initiatives to foster belonging and exemplary customer service.
