Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants in Boca Raton, FL seeks a Private Client Team Leader to coach a group of Private Client professionals, manage renewals, nurture relationships with clients and carriers, and support onboarding. You will mentor associates, drive thought leadership, and collaborate with account managers and leadership to deliver exceptional service and growth.

Qualifications

• College degree and active resident broker license.
• 3+ years of private client insurance service experience.
• Pursuit or possession of CPCU/CIC/AAI designation.

Responsibilities

• Become a trusted advisor and provide exemplary service to Private Clients.
• Lead and mentor Private Client staff; collaborate with Account Managers and leadership.
• Participate in thought leadership as EPIC grows the Private Client practice.
• Develop cooperative relationships with carriers and manage renewals end-to-end.
• Onboard new clients and assist Private Client Advisors in initial discussions.
• Drive process improvements and project ownership with PC leadership.
