EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants in Boca Raton, FL, is seeking a Private Client Associate to support Private Client Relationship Managers and deliver exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities include coordinating with producers and support teams, handling inquiries by phone, mail and email, reviewing accounts, quoting, billing inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.

A college degree or equivalent experience is required, and a P&C license can be obtained after hire.

Qualifications

• College graduate or experience equivalent.
• P&C Insurance License required / Can be obtained once hired.

Responsibilities

• Work as a team with Private Client Relationship Managers, producers, sales support, and other team members to meet the needs of our Private Client customers by assisting with account reviews, quoting, billing inquiries, and other tasks as needed.
• Field and respond promptly to client inquiries via, phone, mail and email in a professional and courteous manner.
• Develop a strong working knowledge of our carrier’s websites and utilize the sites to secure accurate and timely information for our clients.
• Document all communications with clients and carriers in a prompt manner. Records must reflect the most current status at all times.
• Comply with all internal procedures and practices while demonstrating the ability to meet service and quality standards.
• Assume ownership of problems until the resolution is successfully accomplished.
• Work as a team and contribute to the team effort by openly sharing insurance knowledge.
• Become a student of the business. Seek insurance knowledge through training and education.
