Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a Senior Private Client Team Leader in Boca Raton, FL. You will provide exceptional service to Private Client customers, mentor the team, and drive renewal activity while identifying cross-sell opportunities.

You’ll collaborate with Account Managers, Advisors and leadership to grow the private client practice, ensuring high standards and client advocacy across renewals and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted advisor to Private Client clients and manage relations.
• Collaborate with Private Client team and leadership for solutions.
• Participate in thought leadership as the practice grows.
• Mentor Private Client Associates and staff.
• Renewals management and remarketing according to guidelines.
• Identify sales opportunities and cross-sell coverage.
• Ensure customer concerns are resolved end-to-end.
• Assist onboarding of new Private Client clients when needed.
