Job summary

Marsh & McLennan Agency is seeking a Private Client Associate Account Executive to provide day-to-day account servicing support to Account Executives and service teams. This role focuses on processing policy changes, preparing client correspondence, maintaining policy records, and ensuring timely service delivery for assigned accounts.

You will handle loss payee requests, policy renewals, endorsements, ID cards, and billing inquiries while using Sagitta and other agency systems to ensure

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in insurance account servicing, agency operations, or customer support preferred.
• Working knowledge of agency management systems, preferably Sagitta.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while also supporting a collaborative team environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and professional judgment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Loss Payee Requests (LPRs) and email to clients with a copy to the assigned Account Executive.
• Process cancellations after LPRs are returned, as applicable.
• Process requests for Evidence of Insurance for lienholders and mortgagees.
• Process premium and non-premium endorsements for all Account Executives.
• Send ID cards to insureds and distribute declarations pages to insureds.
• Pull download reports, match unmatched transactions, and support reconciliation of downloaded activity.
• Update cancel reasons in Sagitta and review endorsement accuracy from carrier matches; coordinate corrections as needed.
• Add Policy Checking Lists for Umbrella policies and NEW, F&R, and E&S business.
