Qualifications

• 3-5 years of insurance service experience.
• Undergraduate degree or combination of industry education and experience.
• Property & Casualty License.
• Associate in General Insurance designation.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage, retain and grow assigned book with minimal direction.
• Advise customers on insurance policies and coverages.
• Front-end underwriting to align carrier and solutions.
• Provide quotations, coverage summaries, and proposals.
• Ensure all customer communications and documentation in agency system.
• Conduct periodic coverage reviews and refer to other departments.
• Support mail, renewals, billing, cancellations, and related admin tasks.
