Trucordia Insurance Services, LLC is seeking a results-driven insurance sales professional to join its expanding team in the United States. The role focuses on meeting sales quotas, leveraging Trucordia tools, and building strong client relationships to drive new business and renewals.

Candidates should hold a state-issued Property and Casualty or Life and Health Insurance Producer License and possess a 4-year degree in Business Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing or related fields.

Qualifications

• State-issued Property and Casualty or Life and Health Insurance Producer License.

Responsibilities

• Meets established sales quotas monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Uses Trucordia tools to perform cold calls, in-person appointments, and prospect presentations to close new business.
• Acts as subject matter expert in chosen focus area for long-term success.
• Manages a book of business to support high renewal rates.
• Collaborates with Client Service to analyze renewal business and place new accounts.
• Follows sales methodologies and best practices, including use of Trucordia tools and sales management platform.
