Job summary

Trucordia Insurance Services, LLC is seeking an ambitious insurance sales professional to drive growth across our national footprint. You will leverage a state-issued license, a 4-year degree, and 2–5 years of sales experience to expand our client base and deepen relationships.

You will use Microsoft Office and Salesforce, manage renewals, and collaborate with Client Service to place new business, while following our proven sales methodologies.

Qualifications

• State-issued Property and Casualty or Life and Health license required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Sales/Marketing or related field.
• 2–5 years in insurance sales.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Strong analytics and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet established sales quotas on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Utilize Trucordia tools to execute results-oriented activities such as cold calls, in-person appointments, and prospect presentations to close new business.
• Act as subject matter expert to master chosen area of focus for highest probability of long-term success.
• Continually manages a book of business to support high renewal rates.
• Collaborates with Client Service to analyze renewal business and place new business accounts.
• Follows Trucordia sales methodologies and best practices, including proper use of Trucordia tools and sales management platform.
