Job summary

Trucordia Insurance Services, LLC is seeking a dynamic insurance sales professional to drive new business and nurture existing relationships. You will leverage our tools to meet quotas, conduct in-person appointments, and present tailored solutions to clients.

The ideal candidate has a state-issued P&C license, 2–5+ years in insurance sales, and strong analytics and communication skills. You will collaborate with Client Service and use Salesforce and Microsoft Office daily.

Qualifications

• Needs analytics and strong communication skills to articulate complex insurance concepts.
• 2-5+ years in an insurance sales role is required.
• State-issued Property and Casualty Insurance License is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Salesforce is expected.

Responsibilities

• Meets established sales quotas on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Utilizes Trucordia sales and marketing tools to conduct cold calls, in-person appointments, and client presentations to close new business.
• Acts as subject matter expert to focus on areas with highest probability of long-term success.
• Manages a book of business to support high renewal rates.
• Collaborates with Client Service to analyze renewal business and place new accounts.
• Follows Trucordia sales methodologies and uses sales management tools effectively.
