Tiny Spoon Chef, Inc is hiring a full-time Personal Chef in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on balanced work-life with Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm hours, delivering meals to 8–9 clients weekly and handling planning, shopping, cooking, and clean-up.

You will showcase culinary creativity across cuisines while building strong client relationships and growing into leadership roles in events and education.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of line experience in culinary roles.
• ServSafe Manager certification required.
• State-specific Allergen certification required.
• Background check and E-Verify participation.
• Reliable vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals for 8–9 clients per week including grocery planning and cooking.
• Perform weekly grocery shopping and meal planning.
• Provide kitchen cleanup and client interactions.
• Host private dining events and teach cooking classes.
• Lead corporate team-building cooking workshops and assist menu design.
• Support event catering and special projects.
