Tiny Spoon Chef in Jersey City is seeking a full-time personal chef to deliver exceptional in-home dining experiences. This Monday–Friday role runs 8am–6pm, providing evenings and weekends off for work-life balance and career growth.

You will manage 8–9 clients weekly, planning menus, shopping, cooking, and kitchen cleanup, with opportunities to lead events, classes, and chef-led workshops. Competitive benefits and a clear path to advancement offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of line experience.
• ServSafe Manager certification required.
• State-specific Allergen knowledge required.
• Reliable vehicle required.
• Experience with computer/email/Google Workspace/social media preferred.
• Background check required.
• E-Verify used to confirm identity and employment eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Plan and cook meals for 8–9 clients per week, handle grocery shopping.
• Prepare and clean up after meals.
• Host intimate private dining events and dinner parties.
• Teach cooking classes as a culinary instructor.
• Lead corporate team-building cooking workshops.
• Support menu design and event catering.
