Surf On Demand is seeking a Flight Operations & Experience Coordinator to manage day-to-day private charter flights, client communication, and service delivery from Addison, TX or Hawthorne Airport, LA. This in-office role demands meticulous attention to detail and calm execution across time zones.

The position centers on coordinating flight operations, updating itineraries, and ensuring a premium client experience in real-time.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in private aviation, flight operations, or high-touch travel services.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Professional communication with clients, operators, and internal teams.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, live-operations environment.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-first mindset.
• Familiarity with charter operations, aircraft categories, and operator workflows.
• Experience using flight tracking tools and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor active flights and coordinate with aircraft operators throughout trip execution.
• Proactively identify and resolve delays, disruptions, or operational issues.
• Manage real-time changes to schedules, routing, and passenger details.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients post-booking; communicate updates clearly.
• Deliver a high-touch customer experience aligned with premium aviation standards.
• Coordinate with vendors for in-flight catering and ground transportation.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and operational systems.
