Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for charter guests and brokers, ensuring seamless communication throughout trips.
• Coordinate all pre-flight logistics: briefings, catering, stock, ground handling, fueling, and presentation.
• Maintain trip documentation and share updates with crew and guests.
• Collaborate with flight attendants to manage guest preferences and special requests.
• Monitor operations, identify issues, and escalate to leadership when needed.
• Work with OCC, Ground Ops, Flight Ops, and vendors to ensure safe, on-time flights.
• Coordinate with FBOs and service partners to deliver a premium guest experience.
• Ensure crew duty and flight time compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and trip records.
• Identify opportunities to improve charter processes and service standards.
