Job summary

Days and hours vary, averaging about 20 hours per week, with a base pay of $20.00 per hour. A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are required to travel to assignments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with an insured vehicle is required.

• Perform direct care and treatment of respite individuals according to Family Support Plans.
• Provide community recreational experiences with individuals.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Family Support Manager.
