Job summary

Berkshire County Arc in Pittsfield, MA seeks Direct Care Professionals to assist individuals with daily living, personal care, housekeeping, cooking, and transportation to appointments and activities. You will help individuals achieve independence, maintain records, and communicate effectively with staff, families, and participants.

Hours are flexible and assigned by a supervisor. The role is full-time, hourly with a $23/hour base pay, and includes benefits such as health coverage, paid time

Qualifications

• Experience working with people who have disabilities.
• Valid driver's license
• Insured vehicle
