Job summary

Oliver Wyman seeks an Engagement Manager for its Private Capital and Value Creation team. Based in New York among other US/Canada locations, you will lead projects across diligence, cost optimization, revenue growth, and organizational assessments to drive EBITDA impact.

You will mentor teams, manage client relationships, and deliver actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders within a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-8+ years in management consulting focused on private equity or operational improvements.
• Experience leading operational due diligence and post-deal value improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with senior leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of project workstreams, ensuring timely, accurate delivery.
• Develop hypotheses on operational improvement and value creation.
• Guide data collection, modeling and analysis for strategic decisions.
• Build client relationships and act as primary project contact; present findings.
