Job summary

Oliver Wyman partners with Marsh McLennan to deliver value creation for private capital. This Engagement Manager/Principal role focuses on commercial effectiveness, leading teams on pricing, go-to-market and sales topics across multiple industries.

You will mentor junior staff, drive client insights, and help realize measurable revenue improvements while collaborating with C-Suite clients. The position supports hybrid work with travel as needed across major U.S. offices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8+ years in management consulting or similar project-based environments with top-line growth focus.
• Strong knowledge of pricing, sales and marketing topics; analytics-driven approaches.
• Ability to lead teams, mentor juniors, and manage client relationships at senior levels.
• Willingness to travel on project basis; MBA preferred for Principals track.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams on commercial topics including pricing, sales, and marketing with hypothesis development and analyses.
• Guide the team in data collection, interviews, and delivering insights and client-ready deliverables.
• Present findings to senior client stakeholders and manage project execution and governance.
• Support business development through proposals and identification of follow-on opportunities.
• Partner with clients on change management and adoption of new commercial strategies.
