Job summary

Oliver Wyman is seeking an Engagement Manager in New York, Boston, Chicago, Washington DC, or Toronto to lead Private Capital and Operations value creation initiatives. You will guide project workstreams, develop hypotheses for operational improvements, and synthesize findings into strategic, client-ready recommendations.

Qualifications

5-8+ years in management consulting, with focus on private equity or operational improvements.
Experience leading operational due diligence and post-deal value enhancement initiatives.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.

Responsibilities

Oversee execution of project workstreams with timely, accurate delivery.
Build and maintain client relationships; present findings and recommendations.
Mentor and lead project teams to ensure high-quality execution.
Conduct operational due diligence focusing on cost optimization, revenue growth, and organizational structure.
