Oliver Wyman is seeking an Engagement Manager for its Private Equity practice in North America. You will lead complex engagements across the deal lifecycle, guiding teams and delivering strategic recommendations to PE clients in industrial sectors.

Qualifications

• Commercial due diligence experience in a management consulting firm.
• Experience in industrials within Private Equity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in formal & informal settings.
• Fluent in English.
• Bachelor's or higher degree from a strong program.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from start to finish, including project delivery and team management.
• Manage client relationships and deliver actionable strategic recommendations.
• Guide consulting teams and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Support due diligence and value creation engagements for private equity clients.
